These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RIIF services operated by Univault Technologies LLC ("Univault," "we," "our"), including riif.com, the Haven SMS alert service, and related applications.
Service Description
RIIF provides environmental health monitoring and alert services, including:
- Air quality dashboards at riif.com/air — real-time dust and air quality monitoring
- Haven SMS alerts — text-based environmental and health alerts
- Health monitoring applications — on-device health pattern analysis

Message Frequency
- You will receive responses only when you text a keyword to our number
- If you opt into alerts, you may receive up to 4 messages per day during active environmental events
- During normal conditions, alert frequency is typically 0-1 messages per week

Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to Get Help
Text HELP to our Haven number for assistance, or email support@riif.com.
How to Opt Out
Text STOP to our Haven number at any time to unsubscribe from all messages. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Text START to re-subscribe.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
- Send automated or bulk messages to our SMS service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our applications

Environmental Data Disclaimer
Environmental data and predictions are provided on a best-effort basis using publicly available federal data sources (EPA, USGS, NWS). While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or reliability of predictions. Always follow official emergency guidance from local authorities during environmental events.

RIIF, Haven, GLE, and related marks are trademarks of Univault Technologies LLC. Our environmental monitoring algorithms are protected by pending patents.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Univault Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
